  • Being put in a situation

    questioned. I am not stupid.
I always get the job done

    I am left alone.

  • 3 Steps to Empathy

Empathy does not require the acceptance or approval
of the other person’s opinion —
only an understanding of how they see the situation.
    1. Remember the “filters” of those around you.
    2. Allow others to be unique and see the world
    in their own way.
    3. Only to the degree to which you can do
steps 1 and 2 can you fully empathize,
allowing you to see how the
    world looks to another person.
  • The PACE® Organization, Inc.
For nearly 60 years, The PACE® Organization, Inc. has
been a pioneer in the area of enhancing communication, developing
team building and unlocking human potential. Since 1961, over half a
million individuals have participated in our programs which include
but are not limited to: The PACE® Palette Workshop,
    Effective Communication Through Color®,
    Conflict Resolution Through Color®,
    What Color is Your Personality®
and Release Your Brakes Workshop and
    to name a few.
  • Team Building

When building a team, remember all colors are of
equal importance. If you are a team leader, consider which
temperaments are represented and which, if any, are missing.
Being sensitive to the color of each team member will help you
enhance team spirit and cooperation—and get better results!
