Being put in a situation
 where I am constantly being
 micro-managed, monitored or
 questioned. I am not stupid.
I always get the job done
and I get the job done
sooner the more
I am left alone.

3 Steps to Empathy
Empathy does not require the acceptance or approval
of the other person’s opinion —
 only an understanding
of how they see the situation.
1. Remember the “filters” of those around you.
2. Allow others to be unique and see the world
in their own way.
3. Only to the degree to which you can do
steps 1 and 2 can you fully empathize,
allowing you to see how the
world looks to
another person.

Team Building

When building a team, remember all colors are of
equal importance. If you are a team leader, consider which
temperaments are represented and which, if any, are missing.
Being sensitive to the color of each team member will help you
enhance team spirit and cooperation—and get better results!
Give REDs freedom, challenge and adventure. Give YELLOWs
structure, rules and stability. Give BLUEs the
opportunity to work together and
give GREENs independence and
intellectual challenges.
